Access Statement

DR TANOV AESTHETICS LTD offers wheelchair access for patients, as the clinic is on one floor and we have a wheelchair ramp to assist with entry, plus disabled toilet facilities.

For visually impaired patients, we offer the opportunity to have an escorted tour of the public areas of the facility to help familiarise you with the layout of the building.

We can offer translation services where necessary. Please refer to our Chaperone Policy for more information regarding having someone accompany you at a consultation.

Where necessary, and in the case of an emergency situation where the current premises is unable to be used, we can carry out appointments and consultations virtually.

If for any reason we are unable to provide the service to patients, we will, where possible, provide details of an alternative local treatment facility.
