How Do Injectable Treatments Work?
Each treatment uses a slightly different approach, but all three are performed in clinic without general anaesthesia and with minimal discomfort. The targeted areas are cleansed and numbing cream applied if needed, injections are placed precisely using fine needles or cannulas, and most treatments take 15 to 45 minutes — with most people returning to their day straightaway.
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
A purified protein is injected into the targeted facial muscles using an extremely thin needle, slightly reducing muscle activity and softening the appearance of wrinkles. It takes effect within a couple of days and fully settles within two weeks.
Dermal Fillers
